Assistant Podcast Producer & Administrative Assistant

Enjoys creating and supporting orderly functions, particularly as it pertains to data entry, management and organization
Responsibilities:
Assisting with pre-production podcast needs;
Identifying contact information and sending guest request emails and following up
Finding and securing guests for podcast show
Assisting host with background research on guests for creating intro and questions
Sending potential guests podcast one-sheet, being the point person for communication with MOST guests, and capturing all relevant details for optimal episode promotion
Confirming each guest, administering and collecting signed releases and getting photos for promotional purposes prior to their recording slot, sending out calendar invites with date & time of their audio recording session
Interest in assisting with post-production podcast needs;
Write show notes
Sending out publishing info/email with IFrame code and social media handles for each guest to post on their social platforms and websites when their episode is published/LIVE
Maintaining podcast potential guest spreadsheet with the latest guests
Reviewing email requests from potential guests wanting to be on the show, deciding if the host should review or not
Assist in determining how to get more subscribers/downloads
Assist in securing a podcast sponsor(s)
General admin;
Reserving off-site Regus conference room space and securing videographers in each city/location, for in-person sessions
Creating Zoom and calendar invitations for coaching and/or workshop clients/participants
Keeping contacts/email list up to date, adding new contacts, etc.
Collecting and organizing post-event photos and videos
Coordinating emails and details regarding confirmed speaking engagements
Scheduling of confirmed workshops with the point of contact
REQUIREMENTS:
Owns computer with functioning video and audio
Available a minimum of four, and a maximum of 8, hours a week
Ability to check e-mail during normal business hours (9am-5pm, EST)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with Google Docs, Mailchimp, and social media marketing (particularly engagement)
Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Squarespace, Adobe (Photoshop and InDesign), and/ or Thinkific
Has a strong understanding of branding and brand cohesiveness
NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED:
Email marketing skills, particularly related to email subscriber list growth
Experience with podcast recording, editing, and uploading
